Your App Store licence

Your download is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, supplied through the App Store. These terms supplement that licence; they do not replace it or change Apple's store terms. The App Store licence governs the rights to install and use the software. Mandatory consumer law takes precedence over any conflicting provision.

The games and their content belong to me or their respective licensors. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences. Use the games lawfully and do not interfere with their security or operation, except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be restricted.

Optional purchases

The games are free to play and may offer an optional, one-time, non-consumable purchase. These purchases do not renew automatically. The purchase screen describes what the purchase includes, which ads it removes, and its local price before you confirm it. A purchase applies to the named game; it does not unlock purchases in other games.

Apple processes payments through your App Store account. Price changes apply to future purchases, not purchases already completed. Restore a purchase from the game's purchase or settings screen using the Apple Account that bought it, on a compatible device. Sharing a game through Family Sharing does not necessarily share its in-app purchases.

For billing and refund requests, use Apple's Report a Problem service or contact Apple Support. For a missing entitlement or a problem with the game, contact me. Apple's administration of payments does not remove any remedy or responsibility required by consumer law.

Advertising and privacy

Games may display advertising. Formats differ between games and versions. Where an optional rewarded ad is offered, you choose whether to watch it. Check the purchase description for any advertising that remains after a purchase.

You can play without agreeing to cross-app tracking or personalised advertising. Ad availability depends on your privacy choices and the advertising service. Buying an upgrade is not required to exercise your privacy rights.

The Privacy Policy explains data use and how to change your choices. Accepting these terms does not itself give consent to tracking or personalised advertising.

Saves, updates and availability

Gameplay progress is kept in the game's storage on your device. Device backups may contain a copy, but I do not run a remote save or recovery service for these games. Removing the app removes its local storage; restoring a purchase does not itself restore progress.

I may update the games to fix issues or change features. I do not promise that every device or operating-system version will remain supported indefinitely. Changes or discontinuation remain subject to your purchased entitlements and any legally required notice, support, updates or remedies.

Support and consumer rights

Contact me for problems with a game. The Support page explains restoring purchases, privacy controls and common troubleshooting steps.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to the quality, description or fitness of digital content and the remedies available if it is faulty. Any mandatory protections in your country of residence continue to apply.

Responsibility

I do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that a game will suit every personal preference. This does not exclude any warranty or guarantee that applies by law.

I am responsible for losses caused by my breach of these terms or negligence where they were reasonably foreseeable. These terms do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes and disputes

You can stop using a game at any time. Material changes to these terms will be explained through an appropriate notice in the game or on this website before they take effect, with any acceptance required by law. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove mandatory rights or entitlements from purchases already made.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Contact me if you have a complaint. You retain any right to bring a claim in the courts available to you under mandatory law.
