Restore an upgrade

Open the game's settings or shop and choose Restore Purchases. Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account used for the original purchase and allow the device to connect to the App Store. Restoring an existing non-consumable purchase does not charge you again.

If the upgrade is still missing, send the game name, app version, device model, iOS version and what you see after restoring. Please do not send passwords or full payment details. Restoring an upgrade restores its benefits, not your saved gameplay progress.

Billing and refunds

Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. Open Apple's Report a Problem service from your purchase history or receipt, or contact Apple Support. Contact me for problems with the game or a missing purchase benefit. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Advertising privacy

Where regional privacy options are required, Orbital Dodge offers Privacy choices in Settings. Undelivered offers ad privacy choices in its settings/depot screen. FRAYED and VENDALISM offer an ad-privacy control in their settings or shop. Names and locations can differ in older versions; contact me if you cannot find the control.

Tracking permission is separate: open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The Apple Advertising setting controls Apple's own ads and does not replace a game's AdMob choices. You can continue playing if you decline tracking or personalised advertising.

Saves and reminders

Progress is stored on your device. I do not operate a save-recovery service. Deleting the app removes its local save, although a device backup may contain a copy. Check your backup options before reinstalling to troubleshoot a problem.

For a game that offers reminders, change notification permission in iOS Settings → Notifications → the game. Reminders are scheduled locally; they do not require an account with me.
